Introductory Classes

Intro to Bouldering Class- $30 Youth (13 and under)/ $35 Adult (14 and over)/ Free for Current Members

Topics Covered:
-Basic bouldering technique
-Bouldering etiquette
-Spotting
-Falls
-Route reading

Requirements:
-This class is mandatory for all first time visitors to Hangar 18 who wish to boulder
-Climbers must be at least 6 years of age or older
-Climbers age 6-13 are required to take the class with an adult who can spot and supervise them at all times while they climb
-Online reservation is required to participate in class (walks-in may book via our online kiosk if spaces are available)
-Waiver is required for both climbers and spotter. Any participant under the age of 18 must have waiver completed by parent or legal gaurdian
